TIPS TO KEEP YOUR DENTAL PATIENTS HAPPY AND LOYAL

Keeping your dental patients happy is very important to grow your Dental practice. They should understand that the doctor cares for and prioritize them. If they feel they are special to you, they will quickly turn to your loyal patients. Happy and loyal patients are the key factors for growing your practice because they will encourage their friends and family to get their treatments done at your clinic. Also they will leave positive reviews for you.

Finding ways to keep your patients happy and loyal may seem to be difficult, but it’s not. It just requires a little extra effort from you and your team. Whenever they visit your clinic, you should ensure that you are giving them the best experience.

Here are some simple tips to help you out.

Connect with your patients: Always find time to talk to your patients before starting the dental procedures. Let your patients know that they are not just a face and name for you. Ask them how they are feeling and if they have any questions. Once you have established a connection with the patient, they will feel more comfortable
Call your patients by name: When you call your patients by name, they feel more comfortable.
Make a habit to say Thank you: Say thank you to your patients whenever they praise you. Always say thanks after receiving payment from the patients. Don’t forget to say Thank you when they refer patients to you. Simple acts like this make them feel appreciated.
Make your waiting area fresh and pleasant : First impression is the last impression. Patients should feel pleasant while sitting in the waiting room.
Establish a regular appointment confirmation, reminders and follow-up system : Many dental clinics now send scheduled text messages to patients to remind them of their dental appointments. You should do this as well, in addition to appointment confirmation and sending out a follow-up message after a procedure or treatment. You can also greet Your patients on their birthday.
Offer a clean, efficient, and organized dental practice: Even if you have excellent dental credentials, patients will not love your clinic if you do not practice your profession well. Give your patients what they expect from a dental professional: clean, organized, patient-friendly, consistent, and efficient service.

The best way to keep your dental patients happy and loyal is to understand who they are, what they need, and what they want
