    Is it better to give a reminder call  than sms to the patients for appointment on the same day?

    Yes, it is better to give a call on the same day morning or evening before half an hour so the patients will come on time.

    Because of the busy life style, some times people forget. Nowadays most of the people doesn’t have time to read sms because some of the companies sent unnecessary sms so people avoid to read sms.

    YES, This is a good idea to  remained the patient before one day for they next day appointment . They should come on time for our treatment.
